This document outlines our stringent commitment to data integrity, privacy by design, and the operational terms governing the jewelry manufacturing lifecycle.
By accessing the platform as an administrator, craftsman, or buyer, you acknowledge the collection of operational data essential for the secure procurement and production of high-value jewelry assets.
02 Camera & Media Assets
As mandated by Google Play Store requirements for High-Risk Media access:
Purpose of Access
The application utilizes the device camera and gallery exclusively for Visual Quality Control (VQC). This includes capturing design nuances for Work Orders and validating the physical output by Craftsmen.
Encryption & Privacy
All captured media is watermarked and encrypted using AES-256 standards before transmission to our private cloud. We do not index or access non-relevant files on the user's device.
03 Production Tracking & Comms
To ensure 0% latency in production, we utilize Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Carrier-grade SMS Gateways (MSG91):
- Real-time Allocation: Push alerts for order assignments to Craftsmen.
- Approval Workflow: Critical notifications for "Accepted" or "Rejected" designs.
- System Logs: Audit trails of every status change within a Purchase Order.
04 Security & Encryption
TLS 1.3 Transmission
All data in transit is protected by high-grade SSL/TLS encryption protocols.
Argon2 Hashing
User credentials are never stored in plain text, utilizing modern salt-hashing algorithms.
Private S3 Storage
Design assets are stored in isolated, non-public storage buckets with timed access tokens.
05 Data Retention Policy
Operational Data
Work order history and financial records are retained for a period of 7 years as mandated by Statutory Compliance and Tax Laws in India.
Design Media Assets
High-resolution design images are retained for 2 years for business continuity. Post this period, images are archived or permanently purged upon user request.
Session Logs
Access logs and IP trails are purged every 90 days to maintain lean system architecture and user privacy.

Request a copy of all information the Company holds about you in a portable format.
Right to Deletion
Response: 30 Working Days
Request permanent deletion of your account and personal media (subject to legal retention mandates).

All jewelry designs, blueprints, high-resolution renders, and specialized manufacturing techniques documented within this platform are the EXCLUSIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY of Arihanth Jewellers Pvt Ltd.
Legal recourse will be initiated under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957 for any unauthorized data exfiltration or design reproduction.
